If you work remote, we have a dedicated office work station.

This house sits on a 2 acre parcel a few hundred feet from the Mad River. It has Redwood and Maple trees, a flower garden, covered porch and an outdoor a fire pit. While on a quiet street full of nature, the house is still only 7 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants, and 12 mins away from the cute town center of Arcata. The town features a lively square that hosts farmers markets on weekends with live music, and has unique movie theaters and restaurants. If you’re a nature lover, Humboldt county has endless beauty to behold. It is home to the tallest trees on the planet. It boasts majestic cliffs overlooking the ocean. Crystal clear rivers and pebble beaches meander through its rolling hillsides. There are lagoons to kayak in, dunes and forests to hike in, rivers and beaches to swim in, and this luxurious home to relax in.

This one bedroom place was perfect for my fiancé traveling for work. It's quiet with beautiful surroundings. Ana was a great host always responded quickly. The kitchen is awesome! The blue floors are so much fun! Lots of space for a one bedroom. The best part was the adorable black kitty that would visit often. Extremely friendly, very well taken care of and just loves good attention. He will miss his visits. The washer and dryer is available but it is a shared between the houses. If we are back in this area we would love to rent again. Thank you!

I had a lovely stay at Ana’s home! Ana was a great host. The house is beautiful & was exactly as shown in the original listing. It is located in a quiet area & is a very short drive to Redwood National Park. If you are ever in Arcata, CA, I highly recommend staying here!!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Ana & Erez' beautiful space. It was easy to find and enter. The accomodations & furnishings were well thought out and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. My husband uses a walker and this rental was very accessible. Host was very responsive when I had a little trouble figuring out the coffee maker. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet a short drive to town and lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely return here in the future. Thank you for providing such a lovely & relaxing space for us.

We have visited the area many times and we were there to attend a wedding that was a lot of fun and having a nice clean quiet peaceful place to stay was icing on the cake it really was home away from home while my wife relaxed I made mental notes of the craftsmanship of the construction the tile in the bathroom the finish on the walls the colors the floating shelves in the kitchen area loved everything about it the heated floors were the best congrats to the owners on a beautiful and quality build. Also pleasant surprise that there was a family of Deer that would visit and just lay there in nature and we coexisted for a couple of days. We highly recommend this place to all are friends, family and we will be back.

We're very glad we looked into Airbnb instead of going to a hotel and found Ana's listing! We loved our little vacation, when we arrived we were surprised with how many trees there were it's truly beautiful. It's not too far from grocery stores or restaurants and they have a LOT of suggestions for food and entertainment but we did a lot of cooking at home, also very nice considering most hotels don't allow it. It was 1-3 hours away from where we were headed (The Redwoods, Oregon, other parks) which was always an exciting drive because there's SO much nature. Loved our stay, definitely don't miss out on the opportunity if the listing is available! :)
